Requirements for Registering
Nurses Requirements
- Copy of relevant Qualifications
- Copy of An Bord Altranis Pin Number
- Copy of passport or drivers licence
- Two passport photos (please print name on the back of the photos)
- Completed Garda Vetting Form-(see section on Garda Vetting Disclosure)
- Copy of union membership, indemnity insurance
- Copy of Manual Handling Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Proof of Hepatitis B Immunisation
- Medical Certificate ( Certificate from your Doctor stating that you have had a full medical check- up and you are fit to work )
- Signed declaration
- Copy of visa or work authorisation (non EU residents only)
- If any of the above documentation is not submitted, it will delay the registration process with the agency
Carers / Nursing Assistants Requirements
- Copy of relevant Qualifications
- Copy of passport or drivers licence
