Training
The importance of health & Safety cannot be underestimated. Allapplicants are carefully vetted and are required to have their ManualHandling, CPR/First Aid, Hepatitis Immunisation and Garda Vettingapplication completed.
All applicants must provide excellent references prior to being placed,ensuring that all our clients receive the highest standard of care andattention.
We provide manual handling training to our employees and they alsoreceive a Servisource Healthcare uniform on initial registration.
Payroll Service
As part of payroll services PAYE/PRSI is deducted at source andremitted to the Revenue Authorities. Employees are issued with payslipson a weekly basis. We operate Sage Payroll and we also offer thisservice to third parties.

ISO Standards
The overarching framework for maintaining the integrity of our management control systems is the ISO 9000 system of quality assurance in place. This governs all processes and procedures and in place throughout the business and ensures consistency of service throughout.
Most recently the business has completed a full review and overhaul of its homecare business. The careplan which is the core of this business process has been standardised to allow all aspects of a clients care to be considered when carrying out the initial assessment.
