Codes of Practice

As members of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) & The National Recruitment Federation of Ireland (NRF) Servisource abides by strict standards and codes of practice.
ISO Standards
The overarching framework for maintaining the integrity of our management control systems is the ISO 9000 system of quality assurance in place. This governs all processes and procedures and in place throughout the business and ensures consistency of service throughout.
Most recently the business has completed a full review and overhaul of its homecare business. The careplan which is the core of this business process has been standardised to allow all aspects of a clients care to be considered when carrying out the initial assessment.
