Q. Do I fill out the timesheet myself?
A. Yes. The timesheet is totally your own
responsibility. If all sections of the timesheet are not completed
correctly, it will not be processed. You are forbidden to sign your
own timesheet. It must be signed by the nurse manager, nurse in
charge or supervisor.
