Free consultation- Meet with one of our experienced homecare team who will listen to your needs and go through the different care packages.
Set up a meeting with proposed carers.
Put care package in place.
Following up visit to ensure that you are happy with the care.
Monitor care - the homecare supervisor will carry out regular home visits and will monitor that care delivery is satisfactory.
