- Send out information pack if requested.
- Set up a free consultation at a time that is convenient to you.
- Free consultation- Meet with one of our experienced homecare team who will listen to your needs and go through the different care packages.
- Set up a meeting with proposed carers.
- Put care package in place.
- Following up visit to ensure that you are happy with the care.
- Monitor care - the homecare supervisor will carry out regular home visits and will monitor that care delivery is satisfactory.
