Care provision for children and infants with special care and special needs requirements.
We provide premium community care services to children with both special needs and special care requirements throughout Ireland. We also specialises in the provision of community care to infants and children with a tracheostomy nationwide.
Specialised Care
All our nurses are highly experienced and fully qualified in the care of children and receive on-going training on all new clinical practices and procedures. We understand that there is nothing more important than your loved ones health, therefore we provide care from 2 hours up to 24 hours.
How do I go about organising tracheostomy homecare?
This service can be organised through any of our regional offices nationwide and in conjunction with each local health office. The discharge plan is then prepared between the hospital discharge co-ordinator, local health office, the family and a local Homecare Coordinator. We will then source our most suitable and qualified nurses, our nurses are proud of their reputation as highly skilled, paediatric home care providers. Once the infant is home, our local homecare coordinator will conduct regular visits to ensure the family are happy with their service, your healthcare co-ordinator will also facilitate any requests you may have.
