Specialised Care
All our nurses are highly experienced and fully qualified in the care of children and receive on-going training on all new clinical practices and procedures. At Servisource we understand that there is nothing more important than your loved ones health, therefore we provide care from 2 hours up to 24 hours.
How do I go about organising tracheostomy homecare?
This service can be organised through any of the Servisource offices nationwide and in conjunction with each local health office. The discharge plan is then prepared between the hospital discharge co-ordinator, local health office, the family and a local Servisource Healthcare Coordinator. We will then source our most suitable and qualified nurses, our nurses are proud of their reputation as highly skilled, pediatric home care providers. Once the infant is home, the Servisource local healthcare coordinator will conduct regular visits to ensure the family are happy with their service, your healthcare co-ordinator will also facilitate any requests you may have.
