List of requirements to register
To register with Servisource, Cpl Healthcare and ensure compliance with HSE standards we require all of our staff and candidates to provide or assist with the provision of documentation including:
· Relevant Qualification relevant to your profession, This qualification must be validated if received outside of Ireland
· Experience in specific discipline may be required for certain positions
· Valid Passport
· Permission to work in Ireland, proof will be required e.g. GNIB Card
· Current Garda Vetting
· Servisource, Cpl Healthcare application form
· Contact Details of Three Referees, the referees must be relevant to your application.
· Police Clearance Certification for every country that you have lived in for 6 months or more since the age of 18.
· Occupational Health form
