The strength of our training is built upon a foundation of partnership with all of our clients. We meet with clients before any training commences to ensure it will maximise benefits at ground level within their organisation. We assist clients develop their organisations training plan by providing a flexible approach, tailoring training to their staff, timetables and budget.
THE QUALITY
Each and every one of our courses is designed and approved to the highest industry standards. It is in this way that we can ensure our service is both consistent and effective.
- FETAC - We provide training to level 5 on the National Qualifications Framework. FETAC accreditation means that the training performance is measured, standardised and fair. Certification with FETAC ensures that training will be recognised by other agencies such as the HSE or HIQA.
- Irish Heart Foundation - As an approved training site of the Irish Heart Foundation we are at the cutting edge of CPR training. Our course standard is set by the American Heart Association, the world leader in resuscitation education and practice. Once again this ensures that staff training is easily and widely recognised.
- Crisis Prevention Institute - For over 25 years the Crisis Prevention Institute has developed methods to deal with challenging behaviours in a variety of workplaces. Their programs include Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) and are highly organised and structured with an emphasis on empowering staff to feel more confident about managing these events.
THE FLEXIBILITY
With several training sites nationwide coupled to a mobile training unit, we can perform training at a location that suits you. Drawing from our experience across many healthcare settings, we tailor the courses to be most relevant and effective based upon your workplace.
THE INSTRUCTORS
Before commencement of training we give our clients a profile of their instructor ensuring that they are happy with their suitability for the role. We also ensure that the instructor has been given all information required to carry out effective training.
Our instructors must fulfil several key criteria before training for Servisource:
- Garda Vetting
- Certified to train e.g. HDipEd, Train the trainer
- Instructor in their discipline e.g. Manual Handling Instructor
- Relevant industry experience
Not to mention being enthusiastic, energetic, punctual and thoroughly professional.
